Plan A
With this plan, you pay a one-time entrance fee investment. Monthly fees are reduced an average of 28% as compared to Plan B. A minimum of 75% of your initial investment will be returned to you or your estate when you leave Linus Oakes, based on number of years as a resident.

Entrance fees range: $40,900 - $89,332
Monthly fees on Plan A range from: $1,527 - $3,209

Plan B
This is our month to month rental plan. We require first month’s rent, plus a $300.00 security deposit.

Monthly fees on Plan B range from: $2,103 - $4,252

REDUCTION FOR ABSENCE:
For an absence of 14 days or more the monthly rate will be reduced by $16.00 per day for single occupancy, plus $8.00 per day for the second occupant.
